Refund Policy

WedQuarter currently provides free platform access. We have no active paid memberships and are not collecting platform subscription fees. There is therefore no platform subscription charge to refund during this free period. Do not pay anyone who falsely claims a membership payment is necessary to use this free service.

Freelancer service fees, advances, reimbursements and cancellation settlements are agreed and transferred directly between the business owner and freelancer. WedQuarter does not receive or hold those funds and cannot automatically refund them.

Any refund or balance due must be resolved directly under the parties’ written agreement and applicable law. Check the recipient before paying and retain proof. A cancelled booking, complaint, blocked profile or OTP-verified phone does not prove repayment or guarantee that money can be recovered.

If WedQuarter introduces paid subscriptions later, the price, term, benefits, renewal/cancellation method and refund conditions will be disclosed before purchase and require express acceptance. This policy does not authorise charging an existing free account.

Subject to applicable law and any more favourable express purchase terms, future subscription purchases will be non-refundable for change of mind, non-use, partial use, or dissatisfaction that does not establish a legally recognised remedy. Cancelling renewal does not by itself refund the current paid term.

This no-refund rule cannot exclude a refund or other remedy required by law, including where applicable for an unauthorised or duplicate charge, a failed transaction, misleading representation, or a failure to provide the paid service. No purchase or paid renewal is currently active.

If you believe WedQuarter has charged you unexpectedly, contact wedquarters@gmail.com with the date, amount, transaction reference and a redacted receipt. Never send a full card number, OTP, password or banking PIN. We will investigate the relevant record and explain the outcome. No fixed processing period is promised before the payment method and circumstances are known.

A service-payment dispute between members should first be raised with the recipient and, where appropriate, the payment provider or competent authorities. Reporting platform misuse to us does not limit other lawful remedies.

Refund terms are subject to change prospectively. Administrators retain the policy version history and publication dates. A later policy does not remove a mandatory right or rewrite the refund terms applicable to an earlier accepted purchase. Any future paid offer will present its applicable terms before payment.
